I hate to continue bothering this forum but cfc_12 will not respond even when I decided to pay shipping and this is ridiculous. I am just trying to get something out of this trade. I am already out of 300.00 and he wants another 100.00 to ship the portable. I just want this to end ASAP.
If someone can help would be nice.

cfc lives in The Philippines . I don't think small claims can do international suits, and even if it could, it'd take ages and the expense wouldn't be worth it.

I've messaged him to ask wtf is going on. Sadly the most we're able to do if it turns out that he has cheated you is to ban him and add his name to the do not trade list.

Oh yikes, didn’t realize this was an international issue. Fingers crossed for a good resolution.
