I've tried for days to get VGA working, but it just never works. The Wii works using Composite, but the picture is a little fuzzy. I'm using the Innolux ATO65TN14 display. I've tried 2 LCD driver boards (same board).
The screen just turns black, then back to blue and says "Not Support". I've wired up the RGB and HV wires several times. Made new shorter wires. I've used a multimeter to confirm that each wire is going to the correct location. Each RGB wire is reading ~38ohms between it and ground when wired up to the screen board (~76ohms before connecting wires to driver board).
Software version is 4.3E. I've enabled VGA mode when installing RV Loader. I've connected TP47 to 3.3V.
I'm using 4Layer Tech boards for power, USB, AMP, and GC+2.
I'm at a loss... Any thoughts as to what i'm doing wrong? Or spot any mistake in photos?

UPDATE: I've tested the screen with another VGA source, and it works fine, with the same wires. So the issue is with the Wii.
I've also tried connecting the wires to a different location, immediately after the AV plug, so the signals will actually go through the large filter capacitors. Still nothing.

You appear to have RGB wired correctly, so that isn't the problem. Normally my first suggestion would be to swap H and V sync in case the board has them mislabelled, but if you have probed every endpoint and tested it with another device and it worked as expected with the labelled pinout then it probably isn't that.

I'd try swapping H and V sync anyway if you haven't already, just to eliminate it. And maybe try desoldering the GND twisted wires as well to rule out potential shorts there.
