Question Best first portable minimum to zero soddering needed

Not too too new to this I’ve read and watched an amount of this stuff and I want to finally get into it.
I’m looking for something that it not hard to do that can play things like Gameboy nes snes gba stuff like that to start me out
Preferably raspberry pi based but still with some customization to it.

There are not many zero-soldering Pi handhelds out there. Generally they come either as a loose parts kit, or as fully assembled purchase units. A PiBoy DMG would be the closest project I know of with minimal to no soldering required
