Question Aliexpress ashida shells

Very very interesting... I'm a little surprised the back interior really is as empty as you said. I can see there exist some screw mounts in the handles, but there's really not a whole lot to work with. It definitely looks doable, but certainly not easy. Are there pictures out there of what these shells look like when fully assembled? I'm really struggling to understand just how everything goes together inside it. Adapting this to work with regular Ashida would clearly be an undertaking, but it seems so worth for the upgrade in shell quality...

Thank you for giving me a better view!
no problem, also there there are some pics on the site the op has listed

here's one from a person

Hello, there are wall thickness requirements for injection molded shells, and I cannot simply use the original 3D printed model without any movement. I have simplified everything so that it can be broken down into individual modules without requiring a lot of welding work. At present, I am too busy to produce PCBs in large quantities. I will replenish the PCB inventory in the future so that everyone can buy and produce them.

JSTs to keep the halves separate are an excellent idea. This would be much nicer to service than the usual unbroken wire looms

Sorry for the delay, I was busy this weekend, heres the aliexpress shell next to the original ashida shell. Dont mind the screws, Im storing them in the shell at the moment.
