Unfortunately the new pd charge board is only compatible with the new pms-2 and pms-lite.

The website mentions not compatible with RVL PMS 1 which the PS2 PMS is a variation of

The charging will work, but not the USB section as it requires circuitry on the PMS2/lite. If you just want usb-c charging I would just get one of those cheap PD boards on amazon.
