The case is finished. I am printing the left joycon atm. I now have to decide if I go with 0.1mm or 0.05mm layer high on the printer. :?:

The print of the backside looks promising. One short video for you guys ;) Edit: Everything fits together (nearly) perfect :) Soon I will be getting my GC+. So there's not much left to do ;)

I did think about adding a HDMI port for an external monitor. But not the other way around xD. I don't have no use for this...:?:;)

I bought mine prior for this reason. Make my own portables that I can be proud of :) It was worth it except for the fact that this is my first portable with it xD I printed so many other things so far... xD

I put some more work into the case: I would really like to call it Swiitch. Because ... reasons xD. It looks like a switch (to a certain degree) and contains a Wii. But I have a bad feeling because the name is already in use :blush: Edit: It does not look fancy or so. But I think it will...

I'm going to print it in the right color (no painting :) ) The main part will be carbon black and the controller grey / silver.

A small update: This is still far from being completed. I'm experimenting with the dimensions and so on. But I'm also happy with the results so far. Next step will be the main case (grey) and all the supports in it. The controllers are mostly finished and just need to be printed in the right...

This is really an awesome portable! You set the bar very high :)

I like how it turned out. Still have to tweak it a little though, such as the position of the A, B, X and Y buttons... (The inside looks a bit messy... But it was 5 AM when I cleaned it up >.<)

I don't know how this was meant to work... But everytime I try to add a picture by use of the picture-button, it doesn't show up. :?: Nevertheless, I printed out the right "joycon". The color is wrong and I will add much more support and so on. But I wanted to know if the shoulder buttons feel...

Ok... I got one (more) question. I wired up the USB device (first a card reader that worked beforehand, now a regular USB stick) and it doesn't work. It doesn't even seem to read the device. The LED (on the card reader and the USB stick) lights up for a moment and then nothing. I wired the 5v...

Yes, I put it to 480p before cutting the mainboard. It really may be the communication between the Wii2HDMI and the screen. But I don't know what I could possibly do to prevent the image from shifting. Maybe use an alternative Wii2HDMI. I will keep going with this one though. Just for the time...

Of course: Looks messy so far, but I just wanted to test ist :D This is a screen designed for a raspberry pi. It also worked perfectly with my notebook. Only the Wii gives this strange ratio.

Unfortunately it hasn't ._.' Got some buttons done. Still waiting for my GC+ ._. I ordered it exactly one month ago...
