Has anyone ever been able to use some of the smaller first party handheld screens as a built in screen for a portable? I'd like to know if anyone has any designs on how to use either a DS lite top/bottom screen or a GBA screen for the wii mobos. If it is possible, then I might be able to make...

oh wow. So I could make a custom fightstick with this and have it work by default on the Wii. nice. I might invest in this since I have a few OG controllers with snapped mobos. (luckily I have extra Silicon boards to mount buttons onto.)

it's good and all, but I hope you can smooth it out and make a mold for it, because that is some glorious plastic.

Has anyone used the resin casting method repeatedly? I know certain kinds of mold making materials will shrink over time, and there are better ones that wont shrink as much (more pricey~). However, I've heard of using urethane rubber as the mold material, which I'm unfamiliar with, and I'm sure...

Alright. That's pretty tame considering the degree of quality. I'm going to go with the silicon mold and cast resin method though since I intend on making replacement shells for GC remotes to sell. I'm really impressed with your build, and my only imrovement would have been to add 2 GC ports...
