Yes, it is compatible with RVLoader. Cooling is such that the fan has to spin very slowly

Try holding X+Y+Z and then power on your wii (keep holding for a second). This boots the gc+ in safe mode and you should be able to try the update process again

What do you mean that you can't boot the installer from the settings? It should boot. Anyways you also try booting into the safe menu (holding L+R+Z) while booting. After the bootloader text it should boot into the safe menu and you can boot the installer from there

As of now there is a bug in RVLoader which doesn't allow the system menu to work under VGA. I have to fix it

Recently, a customer came to us with issues updating their GC+ 2.0. Upon investigation, we discovered that the bootloader, which is used to update the firmware without needing to reflash the chip, was not present. Without a bootloader, the board cannot be updated from RVLoader without reflashing...

No extra files are required. GC+ requires the data line and GND to be the same as the wii (plus of course 3.3V power as well). The resistance should be around 700 Ohms

It kinda looks like you shorted two channels to me (which would cause the lower resistance)

Set PADReadMode to bypass

Just copy everything from one to the other and it will be fine

Can you also show GC2Wiimote configuration?

For Animal crossing it should work with "bypass". Can you post a picture of your game configuration?
