Question PS2 advanced trim - no boot help

Hi everyone!
In the final stretch of a portable build, but not able to get this ps2 advanced trim to boot. All voltages read as they should on my multimeter - no shorts between each other, or ground. 5v line reads continuity to the AV chip.
Is there any other relocations / things that I'm missing that anyone can notice?

wire colors:
red=5v
white=2.5v
yellow=1.25v
blue=1.75v
green=3.5v

Waaaaiiit just realized I needed to connect all the floating voltage areas together as well (thought they were just alternate solder points lol, my badddd). Still no luck booting though

Try connecting 3.5v to the pad circled here:

I thought that was just a 79001 and similar thing due to the pic in the trim guide. Damn ps2 and it's dozens of board revisions

The PS2 trimming guides voltage section can be a little confusing, and even i ran into a similar issue the first time around, but im glad I could help!
