You see.
The problem is that 1 of your heat sinks isn't put completely straight. This will cause the stationary air to not flow in the correct direction and can cause irregular radiation. Which is a big No No.

You might also try to add some popcorn in the case so your game pops out of the console when you've played too much.

For a sunburnt n64 that isnt working, I recommend lathering the motherboard in sunscreen cream, making sure its in all of the little metal pins, and turn it on and leave it running for 20 minutes.
