Hello! I am new to posting here after browsing the forum for a while. I am quite new to hardware console modding and am trying to work on my first console mod. Will probably ask you guys for some help :)
Thanks for having me!

Hiya,

I go by many names along the Internet, but in the Modding/Repair Scene I go by RepairGal.

I'm a passionate techie girl whom crafts in console repair and modding, I really like taking on challenging repairs to learn from the experience.

looking forward to being more active in this exciting community.

Regards,
RepairGal.

Heyo! I'm ATatForTatzelwurm, I go by Tat, Tatzel, Tattie, Taticus, Tatation, Tatz, and whatever other variations you can think of.

I'm fairly new to console modding, though I have some very basic experience thanks to a Discord friend called Rocky, who introduced me to the scene via Hall-effect joystick replacements for Switch Joycons. As of starting my account here, I have replaced the joysticks of 5 pairs of Switch joycons, re-shelled my own Switch joycons, and re-shelled my GameCube controller! I have no experience soldering, and exactly 1 experience with software modding, which only consisted of lightly jury-rigging a copy of a Tampermonkey script made by someone else.

My current dream is to build an Ashida, as well as potentially do some small customizations to my GC controller, such as shortening the trigger springs and possibly adding a snapback capacitor.

Looking forward to getting more familiar with tech and this community!

Hello Everyone! I‘m completly new to the portabilizing scene, coming from building FPV drones. I want to build my first Wii Ashida as a project and I‘m excited to share my progress!

Welcome to the forums!

There's an endless amount of ashida worklogs on here you can read up on as well as just a ton of information in general on trimming the wii etc. I recommend soaking up as much as you can!

Good luck with your build!

Hello everyone! I'm so glad that I found these forums. I've got an N64 with the Tim Worthington mod and a fresh recap running through a retrotink 5x. I recently got an everdrive and have been experimenting with romhacks. The performance on some of them has been pretty bad, so I've been looking into performance upgrades. Outside of the desert island switchless overclock kit, I haven't been able to find much stuff. But, today, my searching returned a result from this forum from a guy named sparklebear talking about a build that he did that goes beyond anything that I've been able to find up to this point, and so I had to join so that I can find out more about this stuff. I'm excited to find out more information!

Hello everyone!
I'm new here. I recently bought a 3D printer and I'm just starting to learn. There is still a lot for me to discover, so I'm excited to learn from this community. Thanks in advance for any advice or help!
