The original post was looking for names at the time my wife and I were initially going for pregnancy again, the pregnancy at the time didn't stick :/

As it is, my wife is having all the same issues as when we had Alexander, so I'm confident we're looking at a boy this time.

Necro Bump of my own post, but the baby we had afterwards was a girl, and my wife chose the name Aunabelle (pronounced ooo-na-bell, the A is silent).

A little disappointed we didn't get our own Aurelio, but Aunabelle is now nearly 2 and very healthy.
