Question Psone Screen

Hey guys. I've been having this problem with my psone screen where the screen gets brighter and brighter until it eventually turns black, and a faint ringing with the speakers. I already have video and audio set up:

When I check my multimeter, it says I'm receiving ~7.5v on a full charge.

Voltage will drop under load, and will also drop over time of usage.

Left the screen on for about 25-30 mins, and it's still around the same voltage, with it being connected to the console, etc.
