That's cool man! I'm trying to do an N64 Portable as well . What case did you use? That looks great!

it was (2) old Plano fly box that i found in the clearance isle in walmart like this : 2 fly box
what i did was cut off the top and the bottom off one of the other and used epoxy to mate them... i needed the little bit of extra height to hold everything. used the cut off plastic to hold the tact switches in place.
