Screen rolling lines

Can someone look at this and see where I might off went wrong?

The line in the screen is scrolling. Just like a old crt, which i know I'm using av, so maybe the output from wii board isn't right? Screen is fine, because menu pulls up like normal for screen.

Check the space between R44 where you've soldered the composite line and C58 next to it, looks like you might have a solder wisp causing a short

Thanks. You got me in the right spot. I cleaned that whole area, and seen i also unsoldered a component next to that. Reattached it, and resoldered the wire back, and it fixed it.

Now just need to check my usb data wires. The usb doesn't show up, so it gives a boot error. At least I know the trim is good now.
