Power supply for testimg

Hello once I get everything I need I want to test my trim before using it will a after market GameCube psu work for testing only or will it mess up something ( given I have a pms)

Yeah that'll work. Any basic 12v power supply will do for charging through the PMS, although you will need to connect batteries to the PMS to test it. The PMS boards do not support being powered through the charge pads without a battery connected

I bought a DC bench top adjustable power supply on Amazon for AU$85. It's so handy for testing projects.
