I wouldn't use that as an off switch. Unless you're controlling a mosfet with that output voltage. You're not going to be able to get enough current for any portable out of a NAND gate.

this circuit doesnt is what im looking for because they have a tiny hold time to power of, and it have a strange behavior.

I'm already have all the components of the diagram that i post it (also the cd4011b logic gate)
