Built this little over a month ago. I'm going to make a second shell out of cnc aluminum latter. Shown with GameCube keyboard for scale.

Sick build, but this isn't a registered Summer Build Contest entry so I'm moving it to Cutting Edge

Finally reinstalled the keyboard cord, going to test it on a switch as soon as possible.

For the record, the controller parts work 100 percent, the keyboard should work and will soon be tested, and the GBA SP motherboard is functional. However, the screen for the GBA has a broken backlight, so none of that has been set up to work yet. Eventually I will connect the N64 controllers to the GBA and install a romcart. Open to suggestions.

Happy to see another Keyboard Controller Enthusiast
Excellent work!
Is the keyboard a generic USB / PS/2 keyboard, or does it mimic the N64 Randnet Keyboard?

If it does, I can definitely see an N64 keyboard controller in my future!

Thanks! Yes, it is a generic ps2 style DELL Quietkey rubber dome keyboard. This mod could easily be done with a randnet keyboard though. Snap, might have to build one now :XD:. Gotta give credit though, your xbox keyboard served as some inspiration. 10/10 build, Kamp.

Update: I just accuired a ps/2 to USB adapter, and can now confirm that the keyboard part is 100 percent functional. As soon as I get a replacement screen, I'll try to setup the GBA SP part, but I'll probably try to get custom PCBs first. Just to keep from breaking it.

Update: After testing, I have found out that the left controller side (which was functional on original hardware two months ago) is broken. As soon as the cable is fixed I'll try to post gameplay footage as proof it works.
