Dreamcast?

I made a account just to ask how much it would cost to commission a Dreamcast portable, and even if it's feasible to make?

We don't have too much in the way of documentation on the dreamcast yet, so it will be feasible to make, but it will be big and heavy, and most likely won't last super long on battery.

If nobody makes one, you could always make one yourself
