Question Buzzing noise when I connect GC+ to 3v3

When I try to hook up 3v3 to the GC+ I think its the pms lite that starts making a buzzing sound when I try to boot. Has anybody ever had issues with this before? and are there any tips?

Has anybody else had a problem like this before? I'm just a bit stuck and I don't know how to go forward.

Send some pictures of all of your wiring. I'd also check your resistance between 3v3 and gnd on the GC+ when it's not attached to anything else, just to see if it's shorting out the line.

I finally got around to checking 3v3 to ground and its reading at .4-.5 ohms which seems low but idk what it means

I've just been getting 3v3 from this spot on the Wii, shouldn't be a problem. Is the gc+ fried somehow?

Was your multimeter set to the 200 ohm range when you took that measurement? If so, that's a short between 3.3v and GND
