My wii is refusing to boot. I hooked up the wii to the pms then hook up the pms-lite to a power supply at 4.05V ish. I hit the button and thr power supply jumps from 0.00a to 0.03-0.07a back to 0.00a. The weird thing is if i unhook everything from the wii the pms has a constant power draw of...
