    Ps1 playbridge

Doing an experiment where we stream games to the PS1 over the serial port, but also connect both controller ports all over WiFi. Built a little board that’s 2 layer to experiment with doing it all at my office We outsourced boards to a local shop that can do 2 layer but I want to try using my...

Worklog Pi CM5 board for a Vaio P Computer

Before we were using the stm dev board, we got our personally made battery dev board and now we have SMBus (Sony battery protocol) working on it and charging our main board. Now I need to do a final iteration of the battery and main boards

Worklog Pi CM5 board for a Vaio P Computer

Yeah there are mini x86 boards but a lot less flexible size wise. It’s better off to just emulate what x86 games you want to play on arm

Worklog The "Atlantii": Wii portable, in Advance AGB formfactor.

Super cool thanks for all info It’s not clear in models are there multiple batteries ? The batteries look quite large in renders but they don’t have that much space in your 3d printed case

Worklog The "Atlantii": Wii portable, in Advance AGB formfactor.

Cool project. Any reason you are targeting 4 layer instead of 6? Just cost I’m guessing . I’m a bit unclear also you said it’s going to be a Wii? You going to reuse chips from the Wii? Is there a reliable way to do that ? If you need help on pcb let me know

    3d printed stencils

What do you guys do to make stencils? I'm experimenting with 3d printed stencils, mostly cause I want to be able to prototype more boards at my office. But some of the details come out very poorly on small smt parts

Worklog Pi CM5 board for a Vaio P Computer

I started with an off the shelf battery board to debug it. Sony uses a proprietary SMBUS for their batteries, had to reverse engineer it. Now I can charge and discharge and get battery state and even thrimristor data. I have made a prototype of my battery board and sent to off to be made...

    FPGA Synthesizer

Ive been working on a copy of the SC-55 also, but CPU was a big issue, so I ended up doing a lot of the work on an arm chip. You getting good results just on an FPGA?

Worklog Pi CM5 board for a Vaio P Computer

I have one of these old Sony Vaio P laptops, and I just put together a little board for putting a Raspberry Pi CM5 into it. The goal is to keep the original shell, screen and keyboard but give it a modern brain so it's actually usable again. What the board does Holds the CM5 and fits into the...
