Hi! Sure, you can DM me on Discord, I just disabled the adding by name feature, so you should join the Bitbuilt Discord Server and then add me from it :D
You might be interested in an old project I've made: The XiiSBar!
It's a mini portable sensor bar that runs on two AAA batteries. Might make a V2 somehow soon!

Hi!
I'd also add that the Xii-Boy Ultra is smaller than the Gboy, meaning it's trickier to fit things inside. You also need to sand the Wii motherboard more. But overall, I consider it as simpler considering there are no wires at all. The wirefree system is great, but also risky, since you can't...
Oh wow!!!
What an amazing job! I truly appreciate the level of detail you put into that worklog. It’s absolutely fantastic to see every step and challenge you went through.
I'm incredibly grateful that you shared such precise insights, and I’m really looking forward to the guide!
I'm truly...
Hi julez!
Thanks a lot! I really appreciate your support!
Yes, here are the ABXY and Dpad membranes :)
They might not be the most accurate one, but they do the job :D
Anything else you'd need?
Have a nice day!
Hi!
this is a classic and known issue. For some games like this one, you need to press B on the RVLoader menu and set an option called approximatively “PAD read mode“ or something to “Bypass”
sorry I don’t remember what’s it’s called, but it should correct the issue ;)
Hope it’s helpful...
Hello everybody!
@Bryceshaw06 once again pointed out a fatal flow about a current PCB.
The current Xii-Strip (XBU-006) does not specify the surface finish. The default HASL PCBs suffers for an issue due to the pogo pins.
HASL can oxide over time, and won't give a good continuity, resulting in...
Hey there!
@Bryceshaw06 just pointed out that the male connector of the AliExpress speakers have changed since the Xii-Boy Utlra BETA release.
According to him, the pitch seems identical, but the housing seems bigger, resulting in a wrong fitment.
Here is a picture of the correct connector VS...
If it didn't have wires, it would be perfect. :XD:
I'm joking of course, this is an amazing work. I really like how small and compact this is.
Stunning work, congratulations :)
Hi there!
@Bryceshaw06 just pointed out that the PCB BOM contains a mistake.
The quantity is wrong — you actually need 4 resistors, not just one.
For those who have already ordered components (@Hili) and can't reorder some of them, the required resistors are also present on the Wii motherboard...
Yeah I had to reset GC+ and calibrate the sticks every time I wanted to play.
Hmm I used a GameCube controller cable, so I don’t think it was a battery issue or something. Even if I disconnected the left stick and plugging back in it was going crazy the exact same way. I don’t know why only the...
Cool! That’s weird those didn’t work for me :( As soon as I turned the portable off and on again, left stick was going crazy. Normal sticks don’t do that for some reason :rothink:
Hey!
Yeah you’re right, practically everything comes from AliExpress. I‘m entirely lost with those stories of tariffs honestly, they literally change everyday… I thought they were off for 90 days though :rothink:
You can find some articles in the US as well, but I don’t think you can find...
Hi Jscnell!
It's kinda hard to see from the picture, but I think you didn't plug the GC+ 2.0 to the correct via on the Wii motherboard.
If you refer to this picture on the definitive Wii Trimming Guide, you can see that your GC+ is wired to Controller 2, which cannot be used in the RVLoader's...
