The PAM8403 is not intended for use as a headphone amp, it's a small speaker amp. A capacitor in series with the audio line can eliminate DC bais. AC passes through capacitors, but DC doesn't.

I haven't checked up on that screen in a while. While a great screen, the L7009 isn't as nessessary as it used to be thanks to Aurelio's VGA patch. You can get 480p VGA straight out of the Wii, so any VGA screen should do the trick!
