I think you have a little shit of solder that make a short here : Always check that there is no solder that has fallen in places where you would not want before powering your board.

It is AWG 24 I think, thanks for this point of course it is just for testing now, it is not the definitive wire ;) I think of using 22 or 20 AWG with Teflon insulation (reuse wire, not buy because it is very expensive lol ).
