I have some left, yes. Wii's are better, yes. But it comes down to what you want. If you feel like making a Gamecube portable, go for it!

Did you only remove the hotglue or did you retouch it with some solder as well? Maybe the connection was just making contact because the hot glue was keep it in place? I have learned from experience that Hotglue is better to be avoided unless absolutely necessary. You're better off using an...

Between coats I usually sand the layer with some sponge-type sanding paper. It's soft enough to not damage the layer and still sturdy to get off any drops or splatters that may have formed.

If there are both H and V signals shouldn't the output be 31khz? Seeing as both signals are being used for syncronization a full Progressive signal should be produced, right? 15khz is ussually Interlaced, not? If Interlaced only is possible natively, your DAC board would be preffered.
