With all the components so close to each other, wouldn't the board produce more heat? Or are all components aside from the chips replaced with better alternatives?

@jefflongo Happend to me a couple of times. Nothing you can do about it really. Best thing for you now would be to trim another board and maybe slim it even further than your' first trim ;)

@JacksonS Cap off for you man! This looks like an Amazing build. The way you used Flex cables and custom PCB's is beyond awesome, this makes assembling and disassembling so much easier. Not yo mention the screwposts. Will any hotglue enter this portable at all :p ? Keep up the good work and...
