I'd cut it a little more conservative in this corner, your line is pretty much ontop of the USB vias. Also keep the vertical line towards the GC controller ports more straight to avoid cutting into crucial traces.
Looks really good!
Btw the GC+ power wires can use 32awg. The small pads can break off quite easily if you solder larger wire to it. In general the boards are designed so larger pads, you use thicker wire, and smaller pads, thinner wire.
I'm not sure what's going on. @Aurelio could the config be failing due to the low movement range of the switch sticks? Maybe you can hook Tron up with custom firmware that has the ranges mapped already.
If the button monitor isnt showing anything then the stick reconfigure wouldnt do anything. Can you measure the voltage on the axis pads, you should see changing voltage as you move the stick
Ok I guess thats some good news. Is there anything if you go into the controller button monitor? How about cleaning the pcb with isopropyl and scrub with q-tip or toothbrush.
Oh no you can't wire it like that. If you do the 5v mod you need to remove the inductor and wire to the positive lead on the 5v capacitor. I think it is L117 on that board, but check first.
