Could you share photos of the wiring? It sounds like there could be an issue surrounding the wiring of the HS to the rvlamp, wii, or headphone jack. Are you using the headphone jack included, or a different one? Check to make sure the HS is on the right connection on the jack.

It does seem to be the correct wii via. Can you share pics of the rvlamp wiring too? Nothing comes to mind.. it's not normal behavior. It looks like there is a short on your AVE pins next to the H V sync pins.

It's a standard sized fan so you might have luck trying other fans that are the same dimensions but I do not know any improved part numbers off hand

There was an ashida variant that could fit the noctua fan I'm not sure if it was made available for download or not. That's basically the holy grail fan and it even moved more air which kept it the coolest and quietest.

This is normal for this kind of fan. You can try to find a balanced speed setting where it is not as noisy.

The input voltage current is not the battery current. With 15v .27A, the battery current would be around 2-3 A. So it's working as intended.

It's better if you list a recommended price when you sell something. Also these pictures are quite bad. Overall the listing is very poorly low effort. No additional features listed like what is even the internal storage size?
