I had this problem with my portable... As far as I know there really is no fix for that unless you can mess with the driverboard itself. Sorry for the bad news :/

Hey guys :) Long time no see. I hope you are all doing well! Unfortunately I had to pause the project for the past few months... My new workingplace is not finished yet :\ And on top of that it seems the Wii is broken :facepalm:. I don't get any video signal from it... Neither from the component...

Small update. I arranged all the parts (the 1v reg had to be moved, it was 1mm too high). This is NOT the final looks, many wires have to be shortened. But this is all I could do in the meantime. Btw: The GC+ arrived :D

Not so clean anymore, but it is working :) Things left to solder: - 5v reg - Screen (just the connection to the mainboard & power) - Speaker - GC+ - Controls & rumble - Battery indicator - Logo

So do I :D;) But I don't know when it will finally be finished. Hopefully before end of the month...

Don't have much time atm... But I started soldering the battery and charging circuit. I also finished the frontglass. But it is not glued in yet. I am happy with the result. Only thing in my mind is the ratio of the image of the screen... I will have to live with it though :/

Update for today. The Case is now complete. I started to assemble all the necessary parts. But I did not screw the black parts together, so there is still a gap. And I couldn't avoid using some hot glue on this thing ._. Still missing the GC+. Will probably continue the work tomorrow ;) Enough...

I got a small update. I hope the name is ok, I don't want to "steal" it ._. (I think there are currently 3 people who want this name (different style). I don't want to piss people off, but for me it is not a big deal. Maybe you got a different opinion)

I printed the front of the case with the carbon filament. Looks very good, although it is not so easy to capture it on a foto ._. (It is matt) Final colors: And last but not least a small spoiler :D I will redo the frontglass... I am not happy with it. I know the case is not perfect...

That is awesome to hear ;) I got another small update. Sadly I don't have much time to work on the project atm... The left one is not sanded yet. I will probably do this at the weekend. On this foto they look different in size, but I promise they are exactly the same size :D

Yes, for now. I like this layout more. But I kept in mind to change the layout back to basic.

That's right. Also the parts are rather lightweight. So these don't hurt my wallet that much :). And I like the feeling and looks of the parts getting better every print. But that may be just me. You sure could handle it different ;) Anyways. I printed the upper right controller part and it...

Yesterday I designed the left and right shoulder buttons. I also printed 4 of them and they look and feel really good. But they are so tiny that pics of them look bad in 0.1mm :D. So I made a small video ;). Man, I'm getting old with my shaking hands xD

For my next project I have to know what I have to do to get the board so tiny! (Else than bending the RAM chip over) :D

I know I need to start with something. And so I did: On the pictures it looks like these stripes are clearly visible. In reality they aren't. I don't know why the camera is pointing out this lines so much. This is the final color and design. (At least for the controller)

You might be right here. I'll scrap the 0.05mm. :blush:
