But my question is how do I find out what each wire is without breaking open the link cable because I'm not sure how to find what each wire is.

@Gman so what your saying is that the copper around the wire would have to be soldered to ground on the tft. Also could you tell me if you could ever make me a ps2p as you are busy, when you have free time.

@Gman gotchu. Never really got a explanation what ground actually did, could you tell me and why it matters. Thanks. Also ground is the copper around the wire on the screen bc i was making a mini arcade with that and I fucked the screen up somehow, maybe because I didnt do ground (noobie).

Thanks @Noah and @Wadebrody for the info. Just installed fmcb. I think my portable will power off a wall D.C. Apdapter bc I have that in my car and stuff. You could call it a portable I guess but yeah. Not much info on ps2p out there

I was thinking about using a og controller as that's what I have. I need a pin out for that and a pin out for a ps one screen but you already gave me that. I just need to know if everything is soldered will the screen turn on with the ps2 or where would i wire the screen to the batteries? @Wadebrody

Could you show me the diagram you used to wire the controller and screen. I can't find a thorough guide.
