gonna sand it with fine grits then clear coat it. I also finally ordered some regs so ills get to properly troubleshoot some boards. EDIT: i also purchased a lexar 32 gig usb so i can try loading vc channels. Aside from that i can also get to aseembling and working on the rest of the controller..

Be sure to get the regulators needed otherwise you probably wont be able to make process. EDIT: in the early stages

Unles you provide a custom regulator (4 pth08080's or whatever kind of reg) you should keep it at a 12v range. Although the wii creates less heat than the GameCube, its going to need a fan. Which you can reuse (the stock heatsink is also really good)

Front case is 98% ready for assembly. I haven't touched the back yet as i havent configured a working board yet. Soon. the edges didnt get equal coverage. One more coat in a couple days. Should it be finely sanded after finished painting? Idk how cases should be finished lol

Bondo/Rustoleum related products. You can use bondo body filler for larger gaps when frankencasing, i used glazing putty (reddish brown looking stuff) and rustoleum spray paint or any brand that you like. I used krylon for that white.

looking a lot better, have to do a little more filling and sanding in some areas.

Found gaps in a lot of areas so went back and did more work. Should be visiting it one more time before i paint. At the end ill be sanding the holes.

Dont let it discourage you. Shanks portable was tiny and it used the omgwtf trim
