I’ll make sure not to post spam like in a thread. Yes, I did try to reinstall and sadly that did not work. I’m currently working on trying a different USB drive and using an SD card instead of a SanDisk. If that doesn’t work, I really won’t know what to do.

Thanks for the suggestion! I was able boot priiloader right before you suggested it and will make sure to remember about the composite and component cables.

And if I did accidentally brick it, how do I use my bootmii/nand backup?

I got rvloader on my usb, plugged it in, loaded it, chose VGA enabled and patched out wifi and let it do its stuff. I may have powered the Wii down when it was exiting to rvloader and now it doesn’t work. From my research, it should work but doesn’t, but any input is much appreciated.

So I’m either doing something wrong that is preventing composite output, or part of it shorted I checked rvloader faqs and couldn’t find the answer. So, at what point after clicking on a game to load it has it been long enough to know it didn’t work. It’s currently frozen on Found HWAccess_ES2...

I was able to successfully download rvloader, but now the Wii is only a black screen and I selected no WiFi and enabled VGA. Did I do something wrong? Never mind I am a moron. I realize it doesn’t work since I enabled VGA meaning composite won’t work.

I thought if there was a way to half decently incorporate such a feature into handhelds without too much difficulty and let people know, it would be a good way to use the Wii pointer with having to actually use the Wii remote.

There should be a thread on touchscreen Wii handhelds. I haven’t seen much on them, and would like to learn and hear more.
