Do these look like cheap batteries to you guys?

I found them on Gman's list of stuff:

If my math is correct and the batteries aren't...
Hold on, should I ignore all this? Or should I find a different charger? (I'd personally like a USB type C port, because the charging wires are really common to find and it's not a big deal if one shorts out)
Here's my Diagram for the battery power, and battery charging. Still not 100% sure how I plan on soldering 4 wires to 1 (to power the Wii and LCD) But I think this will work. If it doesn't look right to you, please correct me!
Edit: cheese made this so much simpler for me. Thanks cheese!
Note...
Ahhh I get it now (You mean that they are completely different formats and won't output unless they are the same). So if the cable doesn't convert Composite to RGB, then what is it's purpose?
Oh, I getcha now. So you're saying that the cables aren't scams, but don't work with monitors? The red, green, blue, and white cable outputs to an HD tv just fine.
I read somewhere that I could get a RCA to RGB converter, and this is what I got:
I tried hooking my Wii up to my monitor, and I'm not getting a signal. (Yes, I did buy the red blue green wire for the wii instead of the yellow red white.)
Any suggestions? Or is this most likely / definitely a...
Here's an update.
The case I'm going for will look something like this (eye made accurate):

I'm not going to trim the board, it seems small enough for what I want. You might also notice that I've used the gamecube analogs instead of...
Madmora...? I have a link for the battery I'm getting under the name.
I'm going with a headphone jack. This will be what I most likely use:

It's finished.
I got my Pro Controller today. Here's some pics of the whole thing

Hey everyone. This is my first portable ever. I'm really excited for this, and am willing to put in tons of time into this project. You guys are some of the most helpful people...
Yep that's pretty much what I have...well I'll see what happens when I use a GC+ board. If I break this one (I don't even see how it's possible), I'll change my avatar to a thing of bleach.
Hold on hold on hold on. Before I come to any conclusions on this all being done incorrectly due to my dumb brain, how is silver bearing solder for soldering to things like a GameCube controller, or electronic circuit boards in general?
