Yeah. That's one of the things that get's to me too.
Companies like Nintendo say that Piracy is the reason why some companies are failing, and they absolutely despise it.
Yet they themselves have been accused of piracy. Sure it was their own game, but they're also proving "Hey if you don't...
(Before you read, please take note that I'm not posting any roms. I just wanted to talk about this with some people)
Piracy is looked down on as something really bad, or it makes you a thief instantly (Or at least that's how some people look at it)
What I want to talk about mainly, is why...
I got my Pro Controller today. Here's some pics of the whole thing
:
I won't be putting a PCB in this one. If the cells die, well I'm buying the protected ones. I know it sounds dumb, and it might get some people a little upset, but I really don't want to work on this anymore. My next one...
Hmmm...I did get 3rd party controllers. Turning it on and off doesn't fix it, so I guess that's the only explanation, though I wouldn't get why it only does it with Pmii while it works with all my games ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
Hey all, I'm having an issue where when I connect my pro controller in Pmii, the cursor drops to the bottom left as if I was moving to the bottom left. If I move up and right on the controller though, it stays perfectly still.
This is only happening in Pmii, I launched Sonic Colors and it...
Well, I plan on buying protected cells. I don't want to take apart my portable just to install a protection circuit. If I buy protected cells then I just have to put them in the pack and I'm set.
Alright so based on what I've read in about 35 minutes, I've found that you can actually use batteries in series
(source: http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/showthread.php?197823-protected-18650-in-series-safe )
The only thing that I am confused with is how if it's actually safe to...
I found a better price, and a seller who I have had a good purchase from. (Same one where I bought my unprotected cells that worked out really well)...
Maybe it is an overkill of a price. But it's still better than opening the portable. :XD:
As if size, that would suck...But let's hope for the best of the luck. They also allow you to get refunds within 30 days, so if they don't work I can get my money back.
Okay...In response to this, I really. REALLY don't want to take off all this hot glue (I broke the famous words of Ben Heck RIP).
Could I order batteries with a built in protection circuit like @fibbef is saying? It would obviously be a lot more money than $15, but if it has built in protection...
