Update
So I’m starting to put everything together and I finished the board for the controller
I also installed ps2+,I’m happy that everything is going so well so far and I hope everything stay good.
Small update
I finally had the time to print the case
it is really comfortable now that I can hold it in my hands and is just a little bigger than a ps4 controller.
hello everyone
for the 2020 competition im doing a Ps2 Portable i have already designed the case,im using PS2+ for the controller and custom Pcb.
this is gonna be my second time doing a Ps2P,i fail the first time i really hope to finish it this time.
I'm going to use the same name from the...
Every portable that you make to me is always a beautiful piece of art GMAN, the N64 is the best console for me I worked so hard when I was younger to buy one and to see this beautiful portable is just amazing, nice work.
i was going to ask you about that one,i know there's one more picture that it shows the other spot but since my board doesn't have the two 8 pin IC i didn't thought it was necessary, so the 3.5v goes on the same place where the 8 pin IC should be?
ok,so I’ve switch all the wires from 26 awg to 22 awg and now i have almost all the volts right.
this are the volts now
1.19v
1.75v
2.45v
3.3v
And the 5v
One more thing is that the led from the pms never turn green is always red, the only way it turns green is when I disconnect a wire from the...
i think im using 26 awg wire, I’m gonna desolder those wires and use the 22 awg and I’ll make sure to connect the 5v on the board I don’t know how I didn’t see that one on the guide, thank you Gman I appreciate your help.
So I been trying to make my ps2 board work but i just can’t get the right volts, I did the advanced trim and I’m using the ps2 pms.
I did the standard trim first and it worked, so I decided to do the advanced trim since I already had the ps2 pms,I connected all the wires on the board and on the...

i was about to start with another N64P too,but now im going to wait for the new N64 trimming guide so i can use my Ultra VGA too, i hope it doesn't take too long for you guys to make this new guide,i love the N64 and can't wait to enter to this new era of N64 Portables.:)
You need to calibrate your hot bed from your printer, it’s to low from the hot nozzle, they are supposed to be like 1mm apart from each other, it almost look like you used a 3D pen.
Yes i did that first but I didn’t get the 5v i get different volts but I never get over 1v is always less and once I use the multimeter the numbers start going down
so i got myself another N64pms board and this time im only using the multimeter but i got the same problem, i can't have the 5v working,i lifted the ping on the n64 regulator i've soldered every wire correctly, what am I doing wrong?
I did lift the pin on the regulator, and for the multimeter I do have one it was on my right on the table, I used it too but I’m not sure if it was before the adjustable power supply.
I tested all the volts with that and just the 5volt is the one not working on both of my pms boards ,is there a...
