Worklog Can someone help check my work

The RVL PMS from the store only supports a 1s configuration. That is, all batteries should be in parallel. By the way, if you're ever unsure of the polarity of something, you can simply measure the voltage with a multimeter to confirm which end is positive and which end is negative.

That looks awesome! Truly some amazing wiring in there too.

Awesome!! The internals are certainly not bad for a first build either. Can't wait to see the next!

Just remember, continuity doesn't always mean dead short. Check resistance with your multimeter.

Is the video actually shorted to ground? 50-100 ohms is not unusual. Otherwise check components on along the trace from the trimming guide.

Correct, removing either would accomplish the same task. Whatever's easier.

You can check the guide hub for a generic guide on how to mod displays to run on 5v. Generally, you insert 5v at the output of the 5v regulator on the board, and either remove the regulator or remove a series component like an inductor on the 5v line to prevent injecting current into the output...

Vsys from the USB c board just be connected to Vsys on the PMS. It powers the USB PD circuit when the system is off. Check the PMS description. For the screen, yeah, you would connect video and ground to the points listed on the board. The screen probably needs to be modded to be powered by 5v...

Worklog Wii Micro - first build - any help welcome

Apart from tools/wire etc. you'll need regulators for the Wii, and a jack for power. That's pretty much it.

Yes you can (and should) relocate U10 before trimming.

    GCC+

Rebuilt from the ground up on STM32. This was extremely fun to figure out, and I'm looking into adding more features in the future. Proof of working-ness

    Question CMB LED Output current?

There are resistors on board, so you don't need extra resistors. Although I would probably recommend them because the LEDs ended up being very bright. You would wire the LEDs in a common anode configuration if you are using two individual LEDs.

Those are some of the worst resolution images I've ever seen. I suggest you use the in-site image uploader. In addition, people won't need to click a link to view your images.

You can't use 6 batteries even if you wanted to. You said you just run at 12v, therefore you must use a 4s battery pack. Your batteries must be a multiple of four. Also your battery management will have to support a 4s pack. Again, another reason I think this is a terrible idea.

You're going to use a fan (and a rather large one at that) just for the regulators? How are those regulators even mounted on the fan? They look like they are just taped on. There is no way that will work well. Plus using 6-8 batteries with whatever battery solution you come up with, I doubt this...
