    Worklog Widescreen Dreamcast Portable

D'oh! The "upload a file" button is right there. I'll use bitbuilt hosting from now on. Thanks cheese. My controller problem was a simple mistake in the end. I had left the IC that controls the joystick hall sensors connected and it was interfering with it somehow. I've since desoldered the...

    Worklog Widescreen Dreamcast Portable

The analog stick I was hoping to use is being retarded. It's measured resistance is 4k ohms at center, 0 at minimum and 5 at maximum, and connected up the normal way I only have two of the four directions. It's construction looks similar to the PSP ones (a bad sign!), but it's bigger, and the...

    Worklog Widescreen Dreamcast Portable

I got hold of the GDemu by waiting for the pre-orders to open, then placing a pre-order, then when it was ready I paid and received it. You have to check the website regularly. The last time pre-orders opened it was announced a week before. The USB-based drive emulator may be a little easier...

    Worklog Widescreen Dreamcast Portable

I decided to start a worklog as I've been putting it off for way too long while being busy with real life (moving house, fixing house, working too much etc.). You get the main idea from the title. Widescreen codes have been coming out for a little while for the DC, most of the good titles have...

    Worklog Wii SP

Wow! Looks immense! Agreed that it looks like something OEM.

    BitBuilt's First Building Competition!

The prizes look great so far. Gcvideo and 64drive especially are ideal prizes. Personally I would love to see lcd screens as a prize. A 3d print (or other CAD service) comission would also be nifty if possible.

    Worklog Overlord's PS2 Portable

Cool, great to see something other than Nintendo going on. (I hope to join you in here with my own thread once I fix up my new place and can move in properly...) Looking forward to see your progress.

Guide The definitive Wii trimming guide is live!

Great guide! Everything very clearly explained, clear and professional images, and seriously impressive end result trim. A great asset to the community, and really shows the talent here on BitBuilt forums! You guys are epic!

I would be interested in a few: Do you have a price in mind and would you ship internationally?

    Worklog My first GCp

Looks great! I was also going to ask about the size; in the first photo it looks like your printed part doesn't meet with the 3ds case? Did you find out if your screen runs off the 7.4v battery yet? (If not you might be able to bypass a regulator on the screens board?) I have to also ask where...

Just sorted it from a computer at work (was using my girlfriends mac), thanks anyway. Here's to an awesome compo! (Just have to move house first...)

I got an "We are unable to verify your transaction at this time" error after putting in my PayPal password... Will this be something on my side? Can I gift the paypal account and you sign me up manually? Cheers.

Question 3ds analog guide for portable?

Cool, thanks for confirming, I'll buy a few and play around. Sorry man, I hijacked your thread a bit. I don't have permission to reply on the guide thread, so took advantage you had opened this one. Keep us posted on whether you have solved your problem! (Había leído en ModRetro que eres de...

Question 3ds analog guide for portable?

How are the deadzones and range when hooking sliders straight up like this? Any drifting/centering issues? All the fuss with RDC's boards isn't strictly necessary? (I've never had 3ds sliders out of a console to test resistance, but their slim form factor appeals to me)

    BitBuilt's First Building Competition!

If you are going to have a later deadline I see it as much better to organise before the compo starts than to extend it once the compo's got going. If it allows more people to join and complete entries I think it's a good thing, but when compo's get extended coming up to the deadline it's kind...
