Right now there are no all-in-one replacements, you'd need to make your own custom PCB with a PD controller and USB MUX. Better to just wait on a restock, Gunnar recently moved so that's likely been the hold up. Hopefully not too long before a restock, definitely worth the wait.

Yeah, that's the old 320x240 screen, it doesn't look too good. I'd recommend picking up one of the 640x480 IPS screens / driver boards. They look fantastic.

What screen are you using? It looks like 320x240 and not 640x480. For the last issue, are you forcing VGA on all your games?

You can only sync wiimotes at the Wii home menu. Navigate to that from RVLoader anx try syncing there. Don't be alarmed if you get no picture (assuming you have vga wired), iirc it's trying to spit out 480i over VGA and the screen doesn't accept it.

Very interesting printing method... you should look into how Wesk printed his G-Boy remix back half (the whole thing is printed at an angle with the bottom facing the build plate, minimal supports. It ends up coming out a really clean print with almost no cleanup necessary.

It looks like you might have file extensions hidden, so you might be naming it game.iso.iso ... try just naming it "game" (or turning on file extensions).

You should still read the resistances against your 1v8 line, even if you have the LDO on. The 1v15 line has a short to ground.
