I got my amps a few days ago. The audio quality is pretty good and it switches as expected For volume ad a 10k stereo pot between each audio input and gnd, that should do it. The Amps are ginormous though, and trimming off the 4 connectors on the side and the parts pcb they're on is a good idea.

I'm not sure if I'm correct here or not, but I believe the default charging current for the TP4056 board (with a 1.2kΩ resistor) is 1A. If you didn't change the resistor responsible for setting the output current you might end up overcharging your lipo.

Uhm, please tell me you don't wire 5v to the power pin again. Its supposed to be grounded to turn on the on board 3,3 regulator ;). It goes to a gpio line on the main driver ic which controls the regulator. If you want to power the screen from 5v, you will need a voltage regulator to step it...
