That should be fine, those traces lead nowhere after trimming anyways. You might want to remove those resistor arrays [RA11, RA10], cause you cut through at least one of them - also this will prevent any traces to get shorted to GND. But the cut of your trim looks pretty ruff, make sure to...

Seems like this bridge is shorting out 3v3/1v8 to GND so you need to get rid of it. Adding some LEADED solder might help. Besides that flux & wick should be the way to go.

not really.. it's basically not much more than a wii [~15$] and 3 PTH regulators [~20$].. nand flex pcb [~5$}, a few buttons, jacks, heatsink and ofc the filament for the 3d prints. It's really not that expencive, but mostly time consuming.
