did you test the caps? You might have broken them, cause they don't really like heat at all.

Question Need help on RCP wiring

Sadly that's the "pin 20" on the card slot, that i'm talking about in the video - so yea, i did reconnect that :/ //Edit: Both are connected to the everdrive, that's why you can't see it on the pic...

Question Need help on RCP wiring

Hi, I tried RCP wiring this N64 without success, yet. You'll get all information on this video: Also here's a pic of the wiring: Don't know what to try anymore.. just hope the RCP isn't broken... but then i could solder in another one, cause it's a RGB-N64-board :( //Edit: Basically I used...

Guide LMAOv2 and NAND relocation "Guide"

it's 1.2k from pin 3 to 4 and 2.7k from pin 4 to ground. IIRC i replaced mine with 470 & 1k. giving 1.84V instead of 1.80V. Seems to work so far. //Edit 1: I attached a datasheet of the LDO (Might not be the exact model though!). But it includes the formula to calculate the resistors by...

The Amp is designed for push-buttons to lower/rise the volume (VUP/VDN). However, you could use these pots, if you connect them to the volume input - but they are mono!

Nicely done. But you should improve the PIF-Resistor wiring. You can get 3.3v at C145, right next to the PIF. ;-)

Question Post trim (rev-4) board issue

Your 3.3v lines look good. Did you sand the trimmed edges cleanly? Did you check for shots on the voltage lines? I always seem to have the same issues on trimming n64's .. did one yesterday, couldn't get it working yet, too... :/ You could also try to attach a 2k-Ohm resistor to 3.3v and pin 8...

This is the RCP not the CPU & get's much warmer than the CPU. Personally I wouldn't do it like this, which such a small heatsink. But I might be wrong. Make sure to have some good airflow, though. Nice project so far anyway!
