You using a Wii2HDMI adapter, right? I had some trouble with them, too.. First i had a lot of interference (diagonal lines moving over the screen). Then I found out my adapter just doesn't like PAL games.. no probs with NTSC games...

hi, nice first(?) project so far. Just wanted to give some tips on soldering: When stripping & presoldering your wires, cut the stripped part as short as possible / to the size of the pad you are soldering to. Also using some flux will make your soldering joints much nicer!

hehe, just a quick test setup. it's connect to the resistor on the back though. That's a cheap 5" 16:9 car screen.

Here is a little update. I (think) I finished the CAD work & started working on the electronics. Everything is working fine so far: The regulators, Wii, heatsink, USB & even BT! This cheap 40mm heatsink is just great! the fan is made for 12v, but it's also running cool & quiet from 5v. Oh...

I don't have a wii to trim right now, but could organize one for sure.. PM me if you're interested. btw: the OMGWTF trim is pretty easy, why not try yourself? :)
