Question What 3d printer is big enough to print the ashida

I got it with the AMS and the enclosure, although both are optional. I don't find myself doing multi color prints often but it does make it easier to print in different colors without having to swap out the filaments.

Question What 3d printer is big enough to print the ashida

It is worth it 100%. I bought it for that exact reason, I was sick of constantly calibrating and adjusting. The P1S works straight out of the box, you just have it run through it's automated calibration and I was getting infinitely better prints straight away compared to my old one.

Can you share a picture of your setup? Sounds like something may be shorting.

Release Fujiflex (GCVideo DVI flex PCB)

Well, I got it installed but I'm running into an issue now, so hoping someone here can tell me what I'm maybe doing wrong. Whenever I boot the Wii, it powers on and the screen will flash blue and say "HDMI" in the top left, but constantly power cycle and get no video from the Wii. I did test the...

    Question pickit3.5 burning

It doesn't look like it. Verifying is comparing what's in the addresses to the bin, and in your case it's coming back with nothing.

    Bambulabs P1S works great too.

Release Fujiflex (GCVideo DVI flex PCB)

Alright, so what do you do when the only unix based system in your house is a steam deck? Well.... It took a little bit of trickery to get flashrom installed due to the write protections put in place by "Steam OS" but I finally got two chips programmed! Tomorrow will be test day hopefully...

    Worklog My First G-Boy

The shell was fairly pricey because I also went with a color tint on it, so it was around $200 shipped along with all the buttons (minus the ds light buttons)

Question [HELP] Ashida has lines on bottom of display every few boots

Hmmm, those connections look good. I would try cleaning up that area with some IPA as it looks like there still may be some flux residue. Your VGA connections look a little suspect though, there's some big solder blobs there, although that would only impact the color you get out to your screen...

Thanks! I was skeptical on how it would turn out but I really like the color too.

    Worklog My First G-Boy

I started assembling the bottom half and quickly learned that the PMS PD 3 is slightly larger than it's predecessor, causing the fan to not sit right. I think I can make it work with a little creativity and a hammer though. I took a break from that to put together my Fuji Flex since I finally...

Release Fujiflex (GCVideo DVI flex PCB)

Fuji Flex, assemble! For some reason my order from Mouser is missing the 100k ohm resister so I subbed it for an 0802, although I'm not confident with the connection on it so I'm going to end up replacing them with the proper 0402 ones once I get them in. Working on programming them now.

    Worklog My First G-Boy

I wasn't originally planning on building a G-Boy. After I finished with my Ashida I set my sights on building a portable N64 based of Nicholas' design. However, I have had a wii mobo sitting on my table, staring at me menacingly this entire time. I affectionately dubbed it the "Roach Wii", as I...

    Release N64 Controller Module

Dumb question, but what is the crystal oscillator used for this? Is it something I can salvage off a controller or do I need to source it separately? Edit: I think I may have found the answer to my question but just want to confirm, would it be the CLK on an OEM controller?

Solved Need help identifying resistor on MX Chip

Hi All, I accidentally trimmed my MX chip a tad too close and ended up losing R60 that's part of the current limit and protection circuit. Does anybody happen to know what the value of it is?

Release Fujiflex (GCVideo DVI flex PCB)

Well, I was planning to do a vga switcher on my current g-boy project then saw this. I got everything ordered to make a few of them, so if the first one works out and I don't need the others, I'll offer them at cost + shipping for anyone who would like to do this mod. Thanks for all your hard...
