    I believe Protection Circuit Management(PCM) is enough to protect your batteries As long as it outputs 7.4v~8.4v, it would be enough to power the PS2

    You can't run PS2 on 5v If you're gonna use the battery, 2 pieces of 18650 battery wired in series which would then be 7.4v could then power the PS2
