    Question Ps2 not turning on

Not sure about the second one, but I know the first one will most likely melt if you try to use it. The specs they list are, at best, misleading. We don't suggest other regulators because, in general, they don't work for our needs. If you can spare the money to replace those when they blow...

    Question Dealing with Different Voltages

Is there a reason you are using three separate packs? An easy solution would be to combine all the packs together into one larger one

Release The 2 Dollar Wii Component mod (aka. Here we dont sell that anymore)

While I wouldn't personally do it (since I can get component cables off ebay for around 4-6$), I can see how it would be more viable to do this (since non-US shipping can be crazy). Good use of shielded cables as well, did you use ground on the USB port/cable as video ground? That would...

Question I need help with making a PS2 Portable

Since I don't know much about PS2s, I can't say what exactly is wrong, I can tell you the high drain batteries won't make a difference. The advice you found was mostly right, it won't take any more amps than it needs, yes, but if you accidentally short something there is much more power that...

Release Postman's "PIIza TIme" Custom Wii Regulator Boards + Preorders

The U10 line isn't designed to reset the system. On top of the fact that is is possible to corrupt the NAND doing this, it doesn't always reset the system.

    New Project

You'll either need to get two amps or use one that is specifically made to switch audio between headphones and speakers. If you were to use a potentiometer, that would go between the mobo and amp. Connect GC+ like any other gamecube controller. That was custom software to change the volume...

Hared-brained PCB schemes, aka "it's not meant for that, idiot"

You don't need to cover the whole board, but make sure to cover anything with metal bits nearby, iirc the speaker fell onto a part directly below it and shorted something because it was left uncovered

Not sure how tall those ridges are on the sliders, but remember to take the bit of board that sticks out one side of the slider into account. I'd also bump the speaker a touch further just to make sure, since it looks like you still have some room.

Money Planning a budget for new molding hobby

That largely depends on what tools you already have, and what you want from your projects. Do you have any ideas as to what you'd want to make? Do you still have the middle of the bottom three? That is the only one of those that are needed (the other two bottom ones are just pads connected to nothing).
