Wii/GC dev kits and/or homebrew programming utilities

Not at all! I have immense respect for you and your work, and was just wondering if there were any standard utilities or jumping-off points for cios development. It's completely your right not to share that information, especially with it being as complicated and poorly-documented as you describe.

Mini-update: I've been bogged down with schoolwork and other projects, but I got the Wii2HDMI hooked up with some shielded wire and the image looks a bit better. USB is now also hooked up, so I've got a complete boot. Also, cooling should be a non-issue and the integrated fan is now wired up...

@Aurelio, you piqued my interest: what about custom IOS modules?

    Newbie to portable conversion rate

How do you guys feel about the inclusion of more hyperlinks? Cross-linking between the guides and articles is a little weak, and could provide a nice, fluid way for beginners to navigate and explore the information while retaining self-direction.

The images in the guide are pretty comprehensive. And all things considered, there are relatively few relocations once the actual trimming is complete. I think a webapp would be unnecessary and excessive. However, a well formatted integration of the Wii trimming guide and general beginner's...

Indeed. I understand with a pure digital system it would be less of an issue. Okay, I've got some coaxial wire from a laptop wifi antenna around somewhere. I'll use that. Thanks!

Made some progress, sorry I haven't been posting. Classes have started, etc. I'm wondering if there's any good way to shield my video wires as they go from the Wii to my HDMI adapter. It's coming out fuzzier than I would like.

Absolutely fantastic (/s) USB wiring, then the video outs for my HDMI converter marked and the connector removed.

Question Any idea where I can get a WODE or a WASP?

Hey guys, I know I'm not as major a user here as many of you, but I consider myself a part of this community and entitled to weigh in. I feel like this thread and our treatment of LBTT reflects poorly on our community. The amount of supportive, helpful behavior I've seen from everyone here is...

So, given the size of the OMGWTF trim and my inability to position it inside of a WaveBird controller, I'm going to be designing and 3D printing a derivative, Wavebird-inspired controller. Stay tuned.

Got my Bluetooth module hooked up. God that was a pain. I wound up scratching off the soldermask with my multimeter probe. But it's on there, and there are no shorts that I could find. Mounted with foam tape.

Hm? No. Actually. DeoNaught suggested making a plug-n-play. I'm going that route.
