The later revisions of the 2nd version of the Saturn Controllers have the best D-Pad, ever. Not sure how to tell between them other than feel, though. I lucked into a Gray Japanese Saturn controller and it's amazing, so maybe it would be easier to get the correct D-Pad that way since they had...

RDC hasn't been active in any sort of modding community for a long while. Downing might just have a backlog of stock or something. I think an N64+ Replacement Controller Board (much like the GC+ sold in the store) are in the works though as an alternative.

This looks like it's already being used as a screen for something, which usually means no, probably not. Even if it was, it would be cheaper and take up less space to use a screen specifically for a Raspberry Pi or the standard project screens that we normally use.
