Thank you sir! It’s probably going to only have 2 cells, with the omgwtf trim inside, it doesn’t have a lot of room
Thank you! Love your Swiitch btw, Very badass
New update 11/8/19, finally came up with a system for the triggers, I’m going to sand them up to be smoother of course. And no the buttons do not fall out, lol
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to my first Wii portable work log!!! This portable is heavily based off Gman’s Wiiboy but I like to pretend I don’t know 3D printing exists, so I’m handcrafting almost the entire thing!
This portable is going to be based on the look of the Prototype GameCube...
From what I understand, Gman used a vga compatible 3.5inch tft screen, (I just ordered one it) here’s a link :
US $39.00 | (VGA + AV) Drive Board + 3.5 inch TFT LCD Screen 320(RGB)*240 (PAL / NTSC System OSD Menu RoHS Standard)

Woah, That one does look really good, I might have to use that instead Haha. btw awesome work on your DMGii so far, especially with the red buttons and removable battery cover. thanks!
Ah I see, well another reason I’m using the 3.5inch screen is because (call me basic) but I’m wanting to use a DMG gameboy case, but make it thicker to have more room, do you or my Jefflongo know of a good screen that I’d be able to fit into that kind of case? Thanks!
Thanks Jefflongo! A power switch is a great idea, and yeah 3.5 is small, but I already bought it and I might as well use it, keep an eye out for my work log soon! Feel free to drop anymore advice!
Hey guys, so I’ve made an entire plan on how I'm going to build my first portable and I want as much criticism as possible! Check it out:

Plan out where each component will go
Wii MB
Gman’s PMS and PD charger

I've been trying my best to understand everything on the trimming guide before going too hands on, I successfully relocated the U10 chip. Now the only question I have is if the 5v, 3.3v, and 12v locations are outputs or need to be supplied with the voltage to the pins 4, 10, and 13?
