Solved Help please, Find the Short

Yes! Ok so progress, when I disconnect the 3.3v cable, the 1.5v and 1.0v are outputting the correct voltage. So the wiipms stays on when only connecting 1v and 1.15v. So this means something is wrong with when I connect the pms to the 3.3v? Any ideas?

Solved Help please, Find the Short

Ok so I’ve been in contact with Gman about this and I wanted to see if anyone else could assist, the wiipms board is 100% working properly. However, when I connect it to the Wii motherboard, the voltage shows up but quickly shuts back off (probably because of a short somewhere). I know it may be...

I’m probably just going to order another pms, but I need to figure out what caused it before I do it again, do y’all think it could’ve been from reversed positive and negative from the battery? I’m thinking I read the pin out wrong for the power switch

    Worklog The Proto-Boy

I was thinking Gman could help out with this question, but smoke just came out of the wiipms, what should I do? I undid the power switch and used alligator cables, it appears to work fine but what the hell went wrong?
